摘要：术中低体温是指患者手术中核心体温低于36℃,术中体温过低可导致术中出血、麻醉苏醒延迟、伤口愈合延迟等并发症发生,对病情危重患者、体质较弱患者可能造成严重程度不同的集体损害,危及生命安全.术中进行有效的护理,可以缓解交感神经兴奋引起的局部不适,减少术中应激,保证手术的安全性,提供临床治疗效率.因此,分析手术中低体温影响因素,并展开针对性的护理干预十分关键.本文总结术中低体温影响因素,术中低体温危害,以及预防术中低体温护理措施,为临床护理提供参考.
