摘要：目的研究妊娠高血压综合征孕妇应用预见性护理的效果.方法选取我院2020年3月至2021年4月期间收治的妊娠高血压综合征孕妇78例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组39例.对照组采取常规护理,研究组采取预见性护理.观察并比较两组孕妇的血压、负性情绪和不良妊娠结局.结果研究组产前血压低于对照组(P＜0.05).研究组产前焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).研究组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论妊娠高血压综合征孕妇采取预见性护理,能够降低血压,改善孕妇情绪,减少不良妊娠结局.
