摘要：产后出血属于分娩常见的并发症之一,是造成孕产妇死亡的重要因素,因此,临床非常重视产后出血的预防与干预.常见的止血方法有缩宫素、益母草等药物注射以及纱布填塞法等,虽然能够起到一定的止血效果,但由于部分产妇对其敏感度较低,止血效果不尽如意.有学者指出通过定时按压子宫可以起到良好的预防出血和止血效果.基于此,本文主要归纳了子宫按摩在减少产后出血临床应用现状,以期为今后临床治疗工作的开展提供有效参考.
