摘要：目的 分析延续性护理干预在乳腺癌术后护理中的应用价值.方法 选取我院2020年7月至2022年7月的80例乳腺癌术后患者作为研究对象.随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取延续性护理干预.分析对比两组的生活质量、负性情绪以及不良反应.结果 护理前,两组的疲劳、腹泻、躯体功能、恶心呕吐、失眠、角色功能、疼痛、情绪功能、失眠、社会功能、气促、食欲丧失和认知功能各项生活质量评分均无明显差异(P＞0.05).护理后,两组的各项生活质量评分均明显改善(P＜0.05),且观察组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).护理前,两组的抑郁评分、自卑评分和焦虑评分均无明显...
