摘要：呼吸衰竭是一种由多种原因导致的严重肺脏换气功能障碍,通气障碍可导致患者无法及时进行有效的气体交换,进而造成缺氧甚至发生二氧化碳潴留,最终造成代谢紊乱以及生理功能紊乱.在发病后患者会出现气促、呼吸困难、呼吸窘迫、精神异常等症状.在呼吸衰竭中使用合适的护理,可以有效缓解临床症状,减少患者的痛苦.本文主要总结归纳呼吸衰竭的临床护理情况.
